Archaeology/Hellenistic, Roman & Byzantine Periods

The front of the amulet features a horseman spearing a woman lying at his horse’s feet, along with the Greek inscription, “One god who vanquishes evil.” On the back, a lion is depicted below a Hebrew inscription beginning with the the Lord’s name.
