TRACE V: BEYOND PAPER

Two projects from the drawing biennale use light and shadow as a drawing implement. Max Epstein takes inspiration from Anna Ticho's drawings to create an image over multiple panes of glass, and Guy Goldstein and Ariel Efron tie strings to fans, causing them to create ever-changing images on a screen.

Herod the Great: The King's Final Journey includes more than 250 archaeological exhibits; weighing some 30 tons in total.The mausoleum was originally an 82-foot tower. The Museum had to reinforce it's foundations to support the weight of the exhibition.
Until now 400,000 visitors have seen the exhibition.
