Special Events at Ticho House

ViP6 – Video, Voice, and Performance Art at Ticho House

In the sixth of this popular series curated by Ticho House Associate Curator Timna Seligman, ViP6, held on December 11, 2008, featured video-dance screenings, dance, and movement pieces performed throughout Ticho House, together with improvisational segments that entered into dialogue with the unique setting of the house. On March 26, 2009, ViP7 focused on different aspects of performance art by four leading Israeli artists in the field. Some 150 members of the public viewed new works by Shahar Marcus and Eli Barak, Roy Mordechay, Hadas Ophrat, and Noa Sadka. Located in four different spaces in the house, the artists explored the medium in their own uniquely personal styles.
