Hebrew inscriptions (partially abbreviated): "Only good for Israel Selah"; "Depart from evil, and do good" (Psalms 34:15); "This [Torah valance] donated by the woman Rachel for her son ...[?] Nachman Avraham, may the Lord raise him the Torah, wedlock, and good deeds"; "The cherubim shall have their wings spread" (Exodus 25:20); "I am ever mindful of the Lord's presence" (Psalms 16:8); "Torah Crown"; the verse "Place the cover on top of the Ark" (Exodus 25:21) provides an indication of the Hebrew year
