Silk velvet, couched gilt metal thread embroidery on cardboard cutouts
Hebrew inscriptions: the names Azriel son of Rabbi Avraham Boaz and his wife Blim, daughter of Shmuel are mentioned on the back; on the top: "She will adorn your head with a graceful wreath; Crown you with a glorious diadem" (Proverbs 4:9); on the front: depictions of the Binding of Isaac with its abbreviated title, and Jacob's Dream with the quote "He had a dream; a stairway..."(Genesis 28:12)
