Cylindrical beaker with a Greek inscription, “Seize the Victory,” bordered by horizontal ribs. Above and below, friezes containing wreaths from which ribbons dangle. Vertical palm branches extending the full height of the beaker divide the inscription into two parts. Flat base decorated with a raised circle.
