Who are we?
Israel Museum Products is a subsidiary of the Israel Museum, the largest cultural institution in Israel, ranked among the leading Art and Archaeology museums in the world. Our products are sold in our 3 shops in the Museum, in venues around the globe and in over 60-70 museums around the world including the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the Field Museum in Chicago and several major museums across Europe.

How do I shop using your website?
Simply browse through the different categories, when you find an item you are interested in, press the 'add to shopping cart' button. If you are searching for a particular item, use the search option on the bottom left hand side of the screen, you can enter any keyword or catalog no. Next choose quantity. In the 'shopping cart' section you may check the shipping charges for the selected items, update quantities and remove items from your cart. When you are finished, press the 'Checkout' button to complete your order. If you are unable to locate a product you wish to order, please contact us at shop@imj.org.il We try to have all products in stock, however if the item you wish to order is temporarily not available, we reserve the right to inform you as this and as to when it will be back in stock.

How will I know that my order has been received?
Upon submitting your order you will receive a notification by e-mail including your order no.

Payment Options
All prices are in US Dollars or Israel Shekels. To place an order online you must use a credit card (debit cards are not accepted). Please be sure to include expiration date (mm/yyyy) We also accept bank cheques for orders over $100.00. Make cheque payable to: Israel Museum Products.

When am I charged for my order?
If the items you have ordered are all in stock, you will be charged upon shipment of your order.

What are the shipping options?
We ship orders to all destinations in Israel and throughout the world.

Israel: Regular postage - 18.00 IS per package.
Express delivery (within 24 hours) - 32.00 - 41.00 IS

Airmail: For orders up to 2 kgs.
Normally 1-2 weeks

EMS (Express air service): For orders over 2 kgs.
3-4 business days, door to door delivery

Delivery charges?
Shipping & Handling charges are calculated for each order based on weight and destination. For example, single books are $4.00 - $23.00 to the US or $4.00 - $17.00 to Europe. Small packages up to 1 kg (jewelry and small replicas & books) are $13.00 to the US & Europe. Posters (up to 20 pcs.) are $15.00 to the US & Europe. For international orders, duty and taxes may be applicable. Please enquire with your local customs office.

Returns policy

Please specify in 'Comments' box if you would like your order to be gift-wrapped (at no extra charge).

Members discount
Members of the Israel Museum are entitled to a 10% discount. Enter your membership no. in the Comment field under billing information.
